P.M.S. On Tour

 

PMS, Period Management Service, is a brand experience I invented for Thinx to go on tour in the middle of America and test for awareness and traction. 

During the tour, a fully branded PMS truck travelled to Chicago, Denver and Dallas. It was a moving billboard, a product showroom, a traveling exhibit, a period “clinic” and a community event hub all at once. 

Anyone who was interested in talking about their periods can book an appointment to chat with a trained Thinx period expert. They went through a subverted “doctor’s office” experience full of edutainment and left with a healthier relationship with their bodies, as well as 5 pairs of products on average. 

After the tour, I digitized this experience and designed the “Know Your Flow” tool for the Thinx website. The conversion rate is as high as 92%.
